so tired today...

well today was okayish i think. i had to work today, which is good because im constantly moving and burning calories. today i had-
2 hot chocolates- 130 cals
ribena light- 20 cals
1 soy/linseed bread- 100 cals
Philidelphia light- 70 cals
apple- 44 cals
grapes- 36 cals
vegie bake- 100 cals
8 glasses of water- 0 cals
pepsi max- 0 cals
TOTAL- 500 cals
no time to exercise today, hopefully 2moro though! had one diet pill today, with dinner.
2moro i have uni so i will be awake reali early and will be goin to bed late, so hope i can stick to 500 cals a day allowance!
